Meal Plan Examples

One thing that I offer as a service is meal planning. Whether you are just getting meal plans to help you through your month or are getting full service Meal Prepping as well, meal plans are a thing that I send you at the start of every month. Obviously my current clients get to see what a meal plan looks like but rarely does anyone else! Since all my meal plans are tailor made specific to each clients preferences these samples may not jive with you but it gives you an idea of what types of meals I would offer you as a client of mine and the formatting of how you could organize your own month!

Vegan Month

June Wk 1

  1. Vegan Ceviche with black bean puree

  2. Sweet potato and bok choy hot pot with miso broth

  3. Asparagus panzanella with crispy tofu and a dijon dressing

  4. Kalamata Chickpea Paella 

June Wk 2

  1. Sriracha Gazpacho with white and black bean warm salad 

  2. Asparagus, Daikon Radish and Cucumber Salad W/ Firecracker Tofu 

  3. Farro Salad with Broccolini, Walnuts and Roasted Chickpeas

  4. Quinoa with greens, sweet potatoes and turmeric cream with tempeh

June Wk 3

  1. Radishes with nori, tamari and avocado W/ Miso roasted tofu

  2. Bibimbap with squash, bok choy, carrots and Korean lentils

  3. Sauteed asparagus with peas, broccoli rabe, on chivey chickpea mash

  4. Eggplant Caponata with seitan

June Wk 4

  1. Sesame Green Onion Tofu Rice Bowl with Cucumbers with Chili Garlic Sauce and Peanuts

  2. Fennel Tomato soup with Zucchini spears, spring onions, and bell pepper and tempeh croutons

  3. Greens, Black Lentils with mushrooms, brussels and beyond meat vegan hot sausage with chives and a dijon cream sauce

  4. Mexican peas on Chipotle Tofu Chilaquiles

Meat eaters month.

Wk1

  1. White beans with tahini braised chard, green olives, preserved lemon, topped with breadcrumbs and pine nuts with fish

  2. Red curry with chicken, snap peas and broccoli

  3. Smokey black eyes peas with roasted sweet potatoes and collard greens with sausage pieces in the beans

  4. Peanut sauce chicken stir fry with cauliflower, carrots, kale and green onion

Wk2

  1. Sesame orange shrimp noodle bowl with buckwheat soba

  2. Instant pot stroganoff with mushrooms and vodka (choice of protein)

  3. Green pesto with chicken olives, zucchini, and arugula on chickpea pasta

  4. Sweet Korean lentils with garlicky spinach and bokchoy with ground meat of choice 

Wk3

  1. Fish tacos

  2. Enchiladas

  3. Mexican creamed roasted onions with shredded chicken

  4. Shrimp ceviche

Wk4

  1. Iranian noodle soup

  2. Harissa lamb with cauliflower, mixed greens, quinoa and avocado with tahini harissa dressing

  3. Roasted portobellos with herbed ground meat of choice, caramelized onions, spinach and sprouts or microgreens

  4. Sweet potato rounds with black bean, quinoa, kale salad topped with miso dressing
