Braised Cabbage
Ingredients:
1 Cabbage choice of color
2-3 tablespoons Soy sauce or salt
2-3 tablespoons Oil of choice (I used sesame to go with the soy sauce but olive would work too)
Instructions:
Slice the cabbage into desired thickness of pieces
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and add the cabbage fry cabbage until it slightly softens and some of the pieces may brown a bit which is okay
Once the cabbage has softened quite a bit drizzle the soy sauce over or salt and then mix thoroughly and put a lid over the cabbage turning the heat down to medium low
Braise for 10-20 minutes depending on how much cabbage you have and how soft you want it
It is now completed and can be eaten as is, with some rice, added to ramen or congee, whatever you like! Be creative!
