Honey Sriracha Chicken
Ingredients:
Chicken thighs
Corn starch
Salt
Pepper
Butter
Sriracha
Honey
Cilantro (optional)
Instructions:
Wash and pat chicken dry,
Salt and pepper outsides and let sit for 10 mins
Corn starch the thighs and bake at 400* for 15 minutes on one side
Flip chicken over and bake another 15 minutes on the other side
Fat from chicken should be mixing with corn starch and crisping on the exterior of the chicken, if it is not then add an extra 5-10 minutes on each side or turn oven to broil for one minute on each side
Meanwhile melt butter in a saucepan
Add sriracha and honey until well mixed
Reduce for around 10-15 minutes and then turn off heat (important! It needs to rest a second before you try to glaze chicken)
Baste chicken with glaze and broil for a minute, repeat until coated to your liking and browned to your liking.
Remove and garnish with minced fresh cilantro
