Bloody Mary Antipasto Salad
Ingredients:
Sun dried tomatoes
Baby dill pickles
Black and/or green olives
Pearled onions
Pickled asparagus
Mozzarella balls
Ham squares or prosciutto
Dressing:
2-3 tblsp Olive oil
½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
¼ teaspoon Horseradish
¼ teaspoon Celery salt
¼ teaspoon fresh ground Black pepper
¼ teaspoon Garlic pow
Light sprinkle of Salt
1 teaspoon Worcestershire
1 teaspoon Tabasco (optional)
Instructions:
Mix the dressing until to desired taste
Chop or mince all items to desired size
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and add dressing just before serving.
